HUMANITARIAN PAROLE PROCESS, I-134A.

EFFECTS OF FAILED PAROLE PROCESS ON
THE PEOPLE OF HAITI:

  • 500 Mayors, Commissioners, Police Chiefs and Wardens barred
    from ‘Clean and Green Haiti Emergency Conference’ – Miami
  • 45,000 (est.) Haitian families displaced by gang violence
    in Carrefour Feuilles, Solino, Tabarre are subject to
    a lottery-like immigration process
  • I-134A Coalition denied recognition by HSCIS
  • Negative finances of U.S. work permit system
  • No active advocate in D.C. for distressed Haitians
  • No visa-issuing agency open in Port-au-Prince
  • USCIS non-responsive to legitimate Petitioners
  • Valid asylum-seekers are superseded by I-134A
