S.E.D.A., S.A. (Service Entretient et d’Assainissement, aka SEDA) proposes an era of progress and transformation for Haiti’s 4 million Grand South residents, 17 years after our founding in South Florida. Thanks to the unwavering commitment of then Secretary of State Minister Paul Gustave Magloire, and 15 visionary Haitian Mayors, SEDA emerged on January 29, 2006 as an accountable, public-private agency for responsible management and sustainable development.
SEDA is chartered in the Grand South Territory (Grand'Anse, Sud, Nippes, Sud-Est and lower half of Ouest departments - see map outline below) to provide necessary services of Waste, Water and Infrastructure Management on behalf of partners R-Solution 2004, Inc. and Haiti’s Ministry of Interior.

Building a Brighter Future, Hand in Hand

Together, we stand as catalysts of change, recognizing that our collective efforts have the power to transform lives and uplift communities. Through our unwavering dedication, we nurture the seeds of hope, ensuring that every child, like the one in this photo, can grow and thrive in a clean and nurturing environment.

Clean and Green Trash-Recycle Collections commence weekly service starting late July 2023 for 500 residential and industrial clients. SEDA offers this affordable waste management solution to break the cycle of disease and pollution at point of origin. Each waste stream is systematically integrated in a disposal and treatment network to maximize downstream results including bury, burn and convert technologies that produce: fertilizer, remanufactured goods, saleable raw materials, etc.

Property owners outside Haiti may subscribe at healthy-haiti.co/trash. Neighborhood recruiters are shown in training @89 office and gathered for house-to-house deployment.

150 SEDA volunteers removed 30 tons from Anacoana Park for the celebration concert on Haitian Flag Day. By prioritizing environmental conservation and beautification, the project showcases SEDA's dedication to healing the land and creating vibrant spaces for community enjoyment.
