Job Training and Placements for Agricultural, Construction, Hospitality, Trucker Class A and other Haitian Guest Workers - up to 11 months.

Since 2005 nonprofit R-Solution Network 'RSN' leads Haiti in 'golden' job placements.  RSN connects Employers, Sponsors and Haitian Workers with our comprehensive, fiduciary network of services.  We can fulfill American, CARICOM, or foreign job contracts with 10 - 1,000 reliable, well-trained Haitian workers for up to 11 months. Le Nouvelliste called us "the bridge between Haiti and the USA."

RSN Sponsored Workers receive OSHA-training, interview prep, language and proficiency certificates, legal documentation, physical qualification, travel, food, lodging, amenities, and smart internet device always zero out-of-pocket cost.  How? Workers find their guarantor (Sponsor) among friends and relatives living outside Haiti in the Diaspora.  They  become a "Sponsored Worker when their Sponsor becomes a GOLD or PLATINUM Member and covers costs for Worker training and logistics.  When RSN matches a Workers with an Employer, all budgets and expenses are managed in Employer Payment Accounts or Sponsored Payment Accounts.

About H-2A / 2B

RSN manages 1-11 month temporary labor contracts in the US, CARICOM, and abroad, including H-2A/2B programs

H-2A workers perform temporary agricultural jobs and seasonal services, as required by US employers who file with the ETA (Employment and Training Administration.) Entitlement includes special pay rates, decent housing, transportation to the job site, and a guaranteed minimum of 75% of contracted work hours. H-2A is approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. (USCIS) under Section 218 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

H-2B allows U.S. employers to engage nonimmigrant workers for nonagricultural seasonal, peak load and intermittent jobs, usually up to nine months, with protected wages and decent working conditions. H-2B is governed by Wage and Hour Division, U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).  RSN uses other programs, per country.
