Like everyone else I was awed by ‘The China Study’ which legitimized nutritional science’s calls to end the SAD. Then ‘Forks Over Knives’ elevated the issue to global center stage. Now earthsavemiami.org is a POD in the astounding organization ‘PlantPure Communities’ created in their wake by the Campbells!
Likewise EarthSave Int’l started in the 80’s with the groundbreaking book ‘Diet For A New America’ and the movie of the same title, forming over 20 chapters in Seattle, Canada, California, Louisville, Baltimore, NY as Miami deployed "Meals For Health" and witnessing "The Food Revolution".

Why we're glad to be a part of the POD Network
Our mission to become a part of the POD Networked is based upon the documentary film PlantPure Nation (from the Producer & Writer of Forks Over Knives). It tells the story of three people on a quest to spread the message of one of the most important health breakthroughs of all time. Afterward, renowned nutritional scientist and bestselling author - T. Colin Campbell gave a stirring speech on the floor of the Kentucky House of Representatives, along with his son, Nelson, (who's also a Kentucky State Representative).
