♥Deploy Millenium3 educational, and healing and humanitarian initiatives.
♥Operate as a derivative foundation, mandated byf Nalith, Inc.
♥Successor to The Peace Trust Foundation (1969, Poughkeepsie, NY).
♥ Expand advocacy, service and outreach started  by Dr. George Eisman (Director, Environmental Center at MDCC) in 1982, and Jeffrey ‘VeganMan’ Tucker (co-founder Nalith, Inc.)

2017: Passing of Dr. George Eisman; VAVA terminated as sub-agency of NALITH
