Carlos Delgado, Jr. became the first graduate of Chef Estela’s Apprentice Program on June 25, 2016.

On June 24, 2017 EarthSave celebrates his 1 year Anniversary, practicing the Healthy Vegan Lifestyle, preparing supersized portions in support of monthly GoVegan Potlucks and serving as an EarthSave Ambassador.

Carlos collaborated with Chef Apprentices Karina Cruz and Julian Delgado and welcomes them to the practice of their training.

He practices Hygienic-Humane-Holistic values to ‘Save the Earth One Bite at a Time’ and incorporates preparation of LiveFood to add enjoyable ‘Yummm’ to those around him.
