Julian Delgado completed his Chef Apprentice Program and receives a Certificate of Completion on June 24, 2017.
His graduation ceremony will take place at EarthSave’s monthly GoVegan Potluck FEAST+ community dinner at Coral Gables Congregational Church, where he will present and serve 4 dishes to EarthSavers and guests.
EarthSave sponsors the Chef Apprentice Program under the direction of Chef Estela WindWalker, whose training ranges from Personal Development to LiveFood Preparation.
Mastering the philsophy and practice of LiveFood Preparation prepares Julian for EarthSave’s Healthy Vegan Lifestyle emphasizing high-enzymatic, unprocessed, nutritious and yummmy meals which benefit animals, environment and human health ‘Healing the Planet One Bite at a Time.’
Julian opted to join EarthSave Ambassadors to take an active role in fulfilling the 501C3 organization’s ‘Hygienic-Humane-Holistic Mission’
